No Questions, No Cost Returns & Exchanges

At FKT Gear we strive to provide you with exceptional products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund at no cost to you. Start your return here.

In the event of a refund, credit for the full purchase price will be issued to the chosen payment method, generally within 5-7 business days from receiving your returned product. A refund issued to a credit card will appear on your account based on the bank’s policy.

In the event of an exchange, we will provide you with a discount code for your full purchase price after we receive and process your product for exchange. The discount code will apply at check-out for your selected product. Any remaining balance of the initial purchase price will be credited to the initially chosen payment method, generally within 5-7 business days from receiving. The balance refund issued to a credit card will appear on your account based on the bank’s policy.

FKT Gear will provide you with a fully paid shipping label for you to send your return or exchange back to us. To accept either returns or exchanges, you must provide FKT Gear with your purchased product in a clean and undamaged condition. Any return or exchange action is undertaken at your own risk.

FKT Gear clearance items, Gift Cards, and E-Gift Cards are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund or credit.
