Order Processing Times

We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days after you’ve made your purchase.

 

Domestic and International Shipping Options

We currently ship orders to the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. We will use one of several domestic carriers to deliver your order. Our routine carriers include UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. We do not currently offer sale or shipment of our products to any international locations.

Our standard shipping option will result in anticipated delivery of your purchase within 5-7 business days after order processing.

Our economy shipping option will result in anticipated delivery of your purchase within 3-5 business days after order processing.

Orders are fulfilled out of either our Reno, Nevada or Butte, Montana fulfillment centers.

 

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is provided to you at no additional charge.

Selection of the economy shipping option at checkout will incur additional shipping fees. This fee can range from $13 to $22, depending on your shipping zone.

 

Potential Service Interruptions

Variables outside of our control may result in service interruptions or delivery delays. Upon discovery of such circumstances, we’ll attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Should the service interruption or delivery delay persist for an extended period (5 days or more), we’ll notify you via email of our progress in resolving the issue. You may also track your delivery with the tracking number provided to you following your purchase or reach out to us for additional support at support@fktgear.com.
